Discord & Member Info Hub

Tinglebot is the beating heart of Roots roleplay systems. It handles characters, inventory, jobs, travel, combat, quests, pets, mounts, tokens, and much more — all inside Discord (with the Tinglebot Dashboard for deeper tools).

Several member-wide systems run through slash commands in #🔔》sheikah-slate. Town Hall channels are for in-character job actions; Sheikah Slate is for account and member tools.

All server roles — villages, pronouns, notification pings, and more — are managed through Tinglebot reaction roles in #🔔》roles. React to the embeds to assign or remove roles.

When you leave the server, Tinglebot runs a member-leave cleanup that deletes your associated data. The bot saves a backup snapshot on the server before deletion (mods may be able to restore in special cases), but you should not count on it — treat leaving as permanent unless you have exported your data.

• Pets & mountsThey are not deleted with your account. Active and stored companions are posted on the stable marketplace for other players to buy. Custom images are removed before listing. See Pets → Leaving, the Marketplace & Retirement.
• Immediate cleanup when you leave the server — no grace period for casual rejoin recovery
• Kicked for inactivity after missed quarterly checks also triggers data removal
• If you were hacked or compromised, email rootsofthewildmods@gmail.com before leaving so mods can handle your case manually

Turn on Allow aliases on your character in the Tinglebot Dashboard (off by default). When enabled, Tinglebot proxies your message as that OC — using their name and icon — similar to a simple Tupper-style trigger.

Triggers always use your character's actual name (or their first name if the full name has more than one word). There are no custom shortcut lists — only the toggle.

Tupperbox lets your OCs speak in chat with their own name and avatar — perfect for immersive RP. Tuppers work cross-server once registered.

You can set up and manage tuppers in Discord or on the Tupperbox web dashboard. The dashboard is often easier for creating tuppers, cropping avatars, reordering, bulk edits, groups, and import/export.
