Sender and recipient in the same village
Cross-village only — pick someone in a different village or move a character first.

Active job perk — carry letters and parcels between villages with the dashboard mailroom and
/travel.
Cross-village mail between Rudania, Inariko, and Vhintl
Delivering is an active Job Perk for Roots of the Wild. Couriers carry letters and parcels between villages for other players.
Most of the mailroom lives on the Deliveries dashboard (Community → Deliveries). Couriers finish routes with /travel in Discord when they reach the recipient's village.

Quick reference
Letters, parcels, and what the bot pays automatically
Senders post mail on the dashboard. Recipients get a Town Hall notice when mail arrives. The bot tracks sender, carrier, and completion.
Do not confuse parcel items (they go to the recipient) with Courier payment notes or the automatic 100 token reward. Extra compensation beyond 100 tokens is arranged between players on your own — see Economy if you use trades or transfers.

/travel — travel your Courier to the recipient's village
/travel arrives at the recipient's village, matching En route deliveries auto-completecompleted in the database) — parcel items transfer, letters unseal for the recipient, destination Town Hall post goes outNot valid for Courier
Job vouchers do not work for Courier or Delivering. Courier is on the bot's restricted voucher job list — you cannot voucher into Courier at all. Only characters whose permanent job is Courier can claim or carry mail.
What Delivering does not cap
/travel follows normal travel stamina rulesTabs and actions
/travel to recipient village → auto-Delivered, or Confirm delivery on My parcels/deliveries redirects here)When mail gets stuck or payment doesn't arrive
Cross-village only — pick someone in a different village or move a character first.
Post an open call and wait, or ask a Courier player to travel their OC to that village.
Only the permanent Courier job counts. Job vouchers cannot Courier.
Another Courier got the open call first (first-claim-wins). Try a different route or ask the sender to post again.
Use /travel to the pickup village before claiming, and to the recipient village before delivery completes.
Open My parcels on the dashboard → Confirm delivery (Courier must already be in the recipient village).
Only the assigned courier's player sees this. Your Courier must finish /travel to the recipient village first — the button appears when their current village matches the recipient.
Unequip gear blocking the stack — only transferable (unequipped) quantity counts. Lower the quantity on the slip or restock before dispatch.
Recipients read letters only after Delivered. Senders can always read their own.
Items transfer when status is Delivered. If still En route, the Courier hasn't finished. If Delivered and items are missing, contact staff with the delivery ID.
Sender must still hold everything on the slip at delivery time — do not sell, trade away, or use those items before completion.
The Courier payment field is optional agreement text only — the mailroom never pays it. Couriers always get the automatic 100 player tokens when the route Delivered. Anything beyond that must be arranged directly with the sender.
Meta reward credits the Courier player's Discord account when status is Delivered — check your dashboard token balance. You get this once per delivery ID, not per character.
