Blood Moons
A Blood Moon rises on a 26-day Hyrulean cycle. On each listed date, the moon falls on the 13th day of a Hyrulean calendar month. Its malicious glow stirs the wilds โ monster camps defeated since the last Blood Moon can be fought again, and villages grow far more dangerous to work in.
Blood Moons affect all three villages. While a Blood Moon is active, looting and gathering use special encounter rules with a much higher chance of running into dangerous monsters.

Blood Moon Encounters
While the Blood Moon is active, village town hall channels are prefixed with a red circle (๐ด) to mark the danger.
- Looting โ
/loot uses a dedicated Blood Moon encounter table with a 90% monster encounter rate. Tiers 1โ10 are rolled at equal weight, so high-tier monsters are far more common than usual. Any tier 5+ monster automatically triggers a Blood Moon raid. - Gathering โ
/gather has a 25% chance to trigger a tier 1โ4 monster encounter before your gathering result. - If a tier 5โ10 village raid is not defeated in time, the village can take damage. Village Upgrades may help villages recover and endure future threats.
For monster families, elements, and encounter basics, see the Monsters guide. Raid fights are explained on the Raids guide. When a raid thread opens, the server's Raid role is pinged so members can jump in.
